Up until a couple of weeks ago, I had never visited the city of Seattle. Although I had always heard good things about Seattle (and even seen several travel shows where they went to Seattle and showed many of the interesting things that it has to offer), I had simply never gotten a chance to go there myself. However, because I had heard quite a bit of positive information about the city of Seattle, it was a place that I had always wanted to go.

So, when my boss asked me if I would be willing to take a business trip to Seattle, it didn’t take me long at all to give her an answer of yes. Even though the trip was right at the beginning of the new year (which was why my boss was concerned that she was going to have a really hard time finding someone who would be willing to go), I was excited about this possibility, and so I took her up on the offer.

After being in the city for just under a week, I’m happy to say that Seattle not only met my expectations, but it actually exceeded them!
