I really like being spontaneous. I think that if I stopped being spontaneous, my life would be a lot more boring, and my overall level of happiness would drop significantly. Fortunately, I don’t plan on being less spontaneous anytime soon, so I don’t think this is something that I am going to need to worry about.
To give you an example of what I mean about being spontaneous, let’s talk about my most recent trip to Seattle. Now, this may not seem very spontaneous, but that’s because you haven’t heard all of the details. I was talking to one of my friends two weeks ago on Thursday, and he said that he wished he could go somewhere fun for the weekend. I said let’s do it, and although he thought I was joking, I quickly pulled up a travel website. I found an awesome deal for a trip to Seattle, so I booked it for both of us and told him to pack his bags. On Friday morning, we were on a plane to Seattle, and we had a great time hanging out in Seattle over the next three days!
